Chairman of the Board, President & Chief Executive Officer

This past year, our teams delivered strong results across every business segment, led by Water Infrastructure. A defining achievement in the year was the substantial buildout of our recycling-first footprint in the Northern Delaware Basin, secured through decade-plus contracts and acreage dedications that give us exceptional visibility into additional water volumes and potential future growth. We also broke new ground by introducing mineral extraction agreements, unlocking additional value from the produced water streams we manage and turning what was once simply a waste product into a resource. Together, these advances should continue to reduce our environmental footprint, and our growing network and commercial efforts are expected to deliver more water recycled, more capacity for responsible disposal, tighter operating efficiency, and an ongoing focus on delivering these value-add solutions with a sustainability focus.
Sustainability isn’t a separate initiative at Select; it is built into how we operate. Our progress this year, from significantly higher recycling volumes to new resource-recovery capabilities, reflects a continued push to shrink our freshwater footprint, reduce the amount of barrels injected subsurface in pressure or regulatory challenged areas, and reduce overall environmental impact. We intend to keep raising the bar for what sustainable water management looks like, to the benefit of our communities, customers, employees, environment and stakeholders.
Looking ahead, our confidence in Select’s outlook has never been greater. We are poised to continue investing in critical infrastructure, continue optimizing the business, and creating shareholder value – all of it in step with our sustainability goals. None of this happens without our employees, and we’re deeply grateful for the dedication and effort they provide which advances our strategy and initiatives. We look forward to building on this momentum together in the year ahead.
Sincerely,
John Schmitz
