About Justin Wheeler
Justin Wheeler’s career in oil and gas began shortly after college, when he took a hands-on role in the poly division of a water transfer company. His strong work ethic and curiosity about emerging technologies quickly propelled him into leadership, eventually overseeing water transfer operations before pioneering automation within the company in 2017.
Now celebrating 14 years with Select, Justin leads the automation team responsible for advancing efficiency and control across complex water systems in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his sons compete in sports, working on cars, and traveling with his family. His advice to those just starting out: show up early, work hard, stay positive, and help wherever you can; the rest will take care of itself.
