For ten years, Select’s Safety Recognition Program (SRP) has honored the people who make safety more than a policy, they make it a daily practice. What began in 2016 as a way to recognize safe behaviors has grown into one of our most meaningful traditions. This year, we’re proud to celebrate a decade of recognizing safety leadership across our organization.
We’re excited to announce the finalists for the 2025 Safety Recognition Program, a group of exceptional team members who consistently raise the bar for safety in the field and beyond. This year, 1,881 safety awards were presented across Select, a testament to the daily choices our employees make to protect themselves, their coworkers, our communities, and our operations.
The program culminates with a live-streamed truck giveaway where fifty-three finalists will be recognized for reaching the highest level of safety achievement. One finalist will take home the grand prize a new Ford F-150!

Each SRP finalist will be recognized with:
- Custom boots from Fenoglio Boot Company
- A commemorative plaque
- A custom SRP Finalist Select FR jacket
In addition, finalists will participate in a drawing for the following prizes:
- First Place: 2025 Ford F-150 STX
- Second Place: 2025 Can-Am XT 700 side-by-side
- Third Place: A vacation package
About the Safety Recognition Program
Launched in 2016, the Safety Recognition Program celebrates team members who consistently uphold the highest standards of safety in their daily roles. Employees can earn up to five safety awards each year, with finalists representing the top tier of safety performance. Those selected are invited to the annual SRP Finals Event, where they are recognized among peers and celebrated for their leadership.
As we mark 10 years of SRP, one thing remains unchanged: safety is foundational to who we are at Select. We’re proud of every employee who plays a role in keeping our people safe.
