Our services are offered through three divisons: Water Services, Water Infrastructure, and Oilfield Chemicals.
• Water Services. Our Water Solutions business is a leading provider of total water solutions to customers that include major integrated oil companies and independent oil and gas producers. These services include: the sourcing of water; the transfer of the water to the wellsite through permanent pipeline infrastructure and temporary hose; the containment of fluids off- and on-location; WaterONE™ automated control and monitoring of the water transfer string; the filtering and treatment of fluids, well testing and handling of flowback and produced formation water; and the transportation and recycling or disposal of drilling, completion and production fluids. Our water solutions business includes our engineered water solutions group, which consists of professionals with significant technical and project development experience. Our wellsite services operate under the Peak Rentals (‘‘Peak’’) is a brand which provides workforce accommodations and surface rental equipment supporting drilling, completion and production operations to the U.S. onshore oil and gas industry.

• Water Infrastructure. Select is a valued industry partner for long-term infrastructure projects to address the water needs of oil and gas operators. Our services consist of strategic infrastructure assets and ongoing infrastructure development projects, including operations associated with our water sources and pipelines, produced water gathering systems and salt water disposal wells.

• Chemical Technologies. Our chemical technologies team operates under the Select Chemistry brand, and is a technology leader in the development, manufacturing, and supply of completion and specialty chemicals. This includes expertise in produced water treatment, monitoring, and flow assurance solutions. With an understanding of the unique needs of their customers, Select Chemistry can apply targeted research and expertise in well fluids to develop and deliver a wide range of field-ready products including friction reducers, surfactants, biocides, crosslinkers, polymers and other chemical technologies to optimize production.
